I just made a Tutanota email account and it says my account has been "marked for approval" and i have to wait 48 hours. Wondered if i did something wrong or if it made a mistake? Did you use a vpn when making the account? Tutanota really needs to warn more conspicuously of this possibility in the process leading to account creation.
