I'm a newbie to this site. I've the latest Carrier Infinity WiFi thermostat SYSTXCCITC01-B installed in March of this year. I'm having trouble with connection to the Myinfinity server. My wifi connection is fine and it works with everything else in the house with the exception of the intermittent connection with the MyInfinity server.Myinifinity thermostat keeps randomly dropping connection carrier server. Wifi connectivity is stable (Arries TG1682g modem). Thermostat panel show not connected to carrier server. Thermostat Model number: systxccitc01-b. When I ran the new wire to the infinity control and left off the Wi-Fi for 3-4 months the customer didn’t call with any issues or just ignored them.
