Resolve won't make the Dual Screen menus active unless it thinks there are really 2 screens, and it only does that check when the app is launched. If you have launched Resolve after you have the iMac acting as a second screen, and the Dual Screen menus are grayed out, then apparently Resolve does not think that's an actual second screen.Make sure the oval icon on the far left (just to the left of the speaker icon) below the viewer is off.
