I'd been using the service center (Ryan and Russ) for my 2012 F-350, and when it came time to buy a new one, I worked with Jeff Shipman. We ordered a 2022 F-350 from Jeff. He was AWESOME to work with and somehow managed to get us a truck when no one else could get one. .
