I had heard of the issue so I asked the rep show me how you disassemble it. He had to get a rag to get enough pressure to move the takedown lever. Even without the guide rod problem the take down lever on a new 320 can be quite difficult to rotate. Typically the problem goes away after it wears in just a bit. Since the major reason for the 320 an 250 to exist is the interchangeability of size and caliber, well they are also sweet fire arms too.First time cleaning and reassembling, and I think I did two things wrong. The take down lever was in the 6 o’clock position and the guide rod was in the wrong orientation. When I pushed the slide back on, he takedown lever moved to the position you see here and the slide is essentially stuck and won’t continue backwards or forwards. Lol. I have three grip modules for my p320 XCarry: the XCarry grip it came with, an xcompact, and a subcompact (md. with rail). I can swap the xca and xco grips easily by hand, the takedown lever pops out without much effort at all. I bought the 320XF new July 2022. Got the AXG grip march 2023. Got the 3.6” slide and spring last week from Sig. stock take down lever I think the take down lever rotates the same on both grips but will double check. I wonder if it is the spring on the 3.9” slide getting stuck on something and pulling the trucker releases it. Just guessing.

With the takedown lever turned back CCW to operating position I did many trigger pulls and pushed on the reset and after that rotating the takedown lever back CW it would still not lower the sear all the way. I almost feel like there is some kind of binding going on in the sear block that is preventing the sear rotating in the lowest position.

On my P320 I took the slide off the frame, took the take down lever out, put a little TW25 on it, reinserted and worked it multiple times with the slide still off the frame. With it in the 6:00 position put the slide back on and return the lever to normal. If the mag is installed, it will hit the mag preventing full rotation.
