With the slide back and the pin depressed the rear of the slide should lift off of the frame. Remove magazine, clear chamber. Using a small non-marring tool such as the eraser end of a pencil, press in on the retainer at the rear of the slide. This looks like a small circular button facing the shooter. This will release the rear of the slide to come up away from the frame. The slide assembly then removes forward off of the frame..
